Seven corners of the Rhine

Duisburg, Neuss, two in Düsseldorf, two in Köln, one in Bonn. Every counter is the same red, every till reports its own queue.

How the wait badge works

Every till in a Brüh. shop has three buttons next to the card reader: short, medium, long. Whoever is on bar taps one when the queue changes. That tap is the only thing this badge shows. Nobody is counting you, no camera is watching the door, and there is no app tracking where you are.

  • 1Tapped by the barista at the till, not measured by a sensor or a camera.
  • 2Refreshed here every five minutes, so it can lag the real queue.
  • 3It covers the queue at the counter. Pickup orders are handed over at the end of the bar and usually beat it.
