Two of our seven shops belong to partners rather than to us. We add one or two a year, on the Rhine, and we would rather wait a year for the right person than sign the wrong one in March.

The counter
The full fit-out drawn and built by us: the red counter, the bar layout, the lighting plan, the signage. It costs what it costs and we do not mark it up.
The coffee
Sieben and Uferlicht from the Hafen roastery at cost plus 12%, delivered twice a week, never older than fourteen days.
Six weeks of training
Four weeks behind the Hafen counter, two weeks in your own shop with one of our bar leads, before you open.
The back office
Till system, rota, stock ordering, the app and the wait-time badge, bookkeeping templates and the marketing that goes with the chain.

Figures are for a standard shop in 2026 and are confirmed in writing before anything is signed. They are not an offer.
What we look for
In this order, and the first one is not negotiable.
- 1You will be behind the counter yourself, most days, for at least the first two years.
- 2You have run a hospitality business, or you have run a team of eight or more.
- 3You have a site in mind on the Rhine, or you are willing to wait for the right one.
- 4You are comfortable that the price list, the recipe and the red are not yours to change.
How it goes

Send the form. We read it ourselves; there is no agency in between.

A phone call, about half an hour, usually within a week.

A day behind the Hafen counter. You work a shift, we both find out a lot.
04
Numbers and site. We build the business case with you before you commit to a lease.

Contract, six weeks of training, then opening — usually nine to twelve months after the form.

We recruit for the bar all year and promote from it whenever we can. Five of our seven shop leads started as baristas here.
